So I'd say this is more of a local experience. Did the Italian dog with everything and it's a lotta food for a fair price. The counter guy recognized me as a newbie so gave me silverware. I couldn't really wrap my jaws around the whole thing so sorta deconstructed it. No frills atmosphere, melting pot of guests black white Hispanic. Need more places that bring people together ❤️

I went to Jersey last week from Florida. I’m originally a Newark girl went to Shabazz HS many moons ago. One I got out of the plane the first place I went to eat is here and had a Double hot dog. OMG I was in heaven. I sat at the table near the door to watch cars and people pass by. Didn’t know it was the owners Spot, but he was a gentleman and told me to stay. I hope to come back in July see ya sooon.

I had a great experience at Dickie Dee's. Been scouting for Scary Good Eats and this place is on everyone's list. I was told to try the Pizza as well and was pleasantly surprised. Had a lot of flavor, really wanted another slice, but was there for the Italian Hot Dog which delivered as advertised. I will definitely be going back.
